Houndapitt Farm now has 80 acres of farm land with stunning views overlooking Sandymouth and Bude Bay, four miles north of Bude on the North Cornwall Coast. This tasteful conversion retains much of the old character. Its large paved courtyard is a blaze of colour in the summer. All the comforts of a modern home. In the Area

Just down the road is the spectacular beach at Sandymouth which is excellent for swimming or surfing and is patrolled by lifeguards during the season. In addition to the beaches there are also some lovely walks through woodlands and countryside, inland, to the village of Kilkampton or along the coastal path to Morwenstow and the Cornwall/Devon border. Many theme parks are available all within a short drive including the Eden Project.
